To celebrate the arrival of our new Super Plates, what can we do to transform one of our normal shops into something super surprising, super special and super visual… using our tagline “when salads dream big”?

With the launch of Pret’s Super Plates…  a new premium freshly made, larger, and nutrient-rich salads range… we were asked to work with them on something a bit different for a two day pop-up at their Cheapside shop in the heart of the City of London. So we transformed it into a neon green dreamscape.

Taking over the whole venue, inside and out, we built a shop within a shop. From the both visually and physically stand out shop frontage to the fully immersive and colour drenched interior, it was a complete transformation making the shop beneath unrecognisable!

As guests arrived in the shop, the salads appeared as if by magic on cloud shaped shelves, celebrated underneath little display lights. Working with the amazing in shop team, they produced and stocked 1,000 identical and delicious Super Plates across the event.

Beneath floating clouds and immersed in the neon green, accompanied by our dream like soundscape (courtesy of AM:PM Events) guests couldn’t help but be carried away, before they carried out their Super Plates and Pret goodies.

As Pret’s first ever dedicated immersive pop-up experience, the Pret and ATI team worked hard to deliver 1,000 products, plus countless prizes to delighted guests. Queues started forming close to 7am, and with near 400 people in the queue before opening each day, the pop-up definitely had an impact on not just the lunch hour, but the whole 2 days!
