KELLOGG’S SALT & SUGAR EXHIBITION
Can you produce an art exhibition, featuring artworks made entirely from the salt and sugar that we’ve removed from our cereals?
THE ASK
Creative Direction ◆ Artist Management ◆ Location ◆ Tour & Event Management
We were asked by Kellogg’s and Taylor Herring to produce an art exhibition, featuring artworks made entirely out of salt and sugar. All to celebrate Kellogg’s commitment to the reduction of sugar and salt in their cereals. The removed salt and sugar was transformed into artworks.
The hero pieces for the exhibition, celebrating the two host cities London and Paris, were created by: world renowned sugar artist Michelle Wibowo, who crafted a exacting scale version of Tower Bridge; and Parisian pastry chef extraordinaire Nicolas Guercio, who create his ethereal sucre-Cœur.
Working with some of the world’s most incredible food artists and creatives, the gallery featured sculptures, sketches, animations and interactive installations. The exhibition opened in London before moving to Paris.
